Add a textbox like this in your code behind

C#

TextBox tb = new TextBox();
tb.Text = "Dynamic control";
tb.ID = "333";
form1.Controls.Add(tb);

From JavaScript function,call like this

HTML

var txt = document.getElementById("333").value;
alert(txt);
