online jwplayer only work with chrome browser

hi i use jwplayer in my website but it only work with chrome browser

all mime types correct:
.swf:application/x-shockwave-flash
.mp4:video/mp4
.flv x-shockwave-flash:video/x-flv
why?

If in other browsers it is not working then check whether the proper plugin is added to browser.

it need flash player, that installed but not working.

JWPlayer only supports MP3 formats.
If you are trying to play mp4 files it will not work.
