Databinding in asp.net

I am using asp.net 4.0 and vb.net in my website. I want to bind data in gridview control with an array. I am developing an website which provides uploading/downloading user files stored on server using ftp; And I have created a simple file manager in my site for upload/download. I am facing difficulties in binding data in gridview control from an arraylist.

Can any one help me out?
