How to deploy a website programatically in IIS

Dear Experts, I have a MVC.NET web application which I would be glad to re-deploy on my server on more instances but different names.

And here comes the first complication:
I would like to build an application where I only set the parameters and it deploys for me automatically.

Here the second:
I would like to re-create the MSSQL DB for the site as many times as the site gets created.

Is there a possibility to do this?

What is the easiest way?

Solution 1

Use a Setup that lets you to create Virtual directories in IIS.
or you might want to run a First Time Setup Wizard in Windows Application after installation to create Database and deploy IIS.
