Kinect frame information

Hi,

I am looking to use the Kinect with the 1.7 SDK and I'm trying to understand how to link the three capture streams (RGB, Depth, Skeletal).

Is it fair to assume that the frame number is common between the three streams and that all capture data is kept in sync using the frame number?

I noticed a timestamp for the frames as well, is that used for sync?
