How to add a button in ControlBox?

Hi I was looking for a way to add an extra button on the control box of the window form in Vb .net for win 7 and 8 and also for xp. The purpose of this will be to give the user to minimize the application to the system tray.
I want to add the "Minimize to tray" button beside "Minimize","Maximize","Close" buttons.
