C# File Explorer and Mac-like bubble bar

Hello Guys!
So here's what I wanna ask :
Firstly is a C# File Explorer,
I want it to browse files,drives,folders etc.
But here's another problem I have, I want to use my own icons for file extensions
Any API's/extensions/Libraries that let's me do that??
Second is a MAC-Like Bubble bar (For those who have used MAC-OSX may know this it's at the bottom of the desktop) I have used DotNet Bar but it's horrible when you compare it to Mac Bubble Bar :P
Again API's/extensions/Libraries that help me achieve that?
PS : I am on Windows 7/VS 2010 with .NET4
Help would be appreciated
