hi Everyone,
Can any one help me in how to play a video or a flash movie during installation ?

actually one day i downloaded a screen saver setup from THE DARK KNIGHT website and found out that the setup was playing a video or may be a flash movie while the installation was in progress which i have never seen and was curious about how it is done.

You would need to read the documentation for whatever setup creation package you are using to see if the setup programs that it creates support such a feature.

can you suggest me with some setup creation package that support such feature. i have downloaded Inno Setup Compiler and NSIS but dont know much about them.

My Boss want to play a small slide show or a video of the products of our company while the setup is being installed

OK, then you're going to need to build your MSI with a tool that supports it, such as InstallShield or InstallAware. You can find more information on it at http://helpnet.installshield.com/installshield17helplib/BillboardsAddingFlash.htm

can i do it with visual studio setup project itself because all the setup here are created using visual studio setup project or else i have to change all of them.

Not that I know of. The Visual Studio Setup and Deployment project died with Visual Studio 2010. You'll be converting all of your installers anyway.
