iOS - Double line separator

I have this Slide-Out menu thing similar to Facebook's. If you take a close look at their table view cells, you can see they have one light separator line and then another darker one which kinda makes the cells be like as they're inner than the lines.

So how do I make double separator line in Xcode, and make different color for each of them?

One other question, to make the current cell that's selected be different from the others like this image shows, how's that possible?
