How to call a C# function by clicking HyperLink

I have a dynamic Hyperlink like that

HyperLink[] lblQuestionNum = new HyperLink[100]; 
for (int i = 0; i < questionCounter; i++)
{
           lblQuestionNum[i] = new HyperLink();
           lblQuestionNum[i].Text = Convert.ToString(i + 1);
           placeholder.Controls.Add(lblQuestionNum[i]);
}

It can generate hyperlink, but my requirement is to call a C# function when I click them. How can I solve this problem?
