WCF web services communicating with python script

hi im gonna implement a restful webservices and im considering to use wcf. but i have some questions.

1) can wcf run on apache?
2) can wcf communicate with a linux machine to run a bash script. for example, a client app send a request to the web service to aggregate the listing of movie. and the web service needs to execute this python script on a linux machine. how should this be done?
