Static p2p Connection in C#

Hello everyone

I'm new to network programming; I've made a game application on windows phone 7 and I'm trying to make the game available for multi-players using network

at first I wanted to make a static TCP connection between two emulators, I looked online but I just couldn't find something or maybe I was looking in the wrong place!

can anyone give me any reference or website I can benefit of? or Any ideas I can use ?
