update Excel sheet data into SQL Server 2008

I have Excel sheet data . Already I import the data From excel to SQL . we have provided unique id of each student . In case i want to import the excel sheet data again then i want to update the exists the data. how is it possible ? could u give any idea regarding this?

What kind of language do you want to use: T-SQL, C#, VB.NET?
Is it a windows application or ASP.NET?
