Group by problem in crystal reports 8.5

I have developed an application for a customer. The problem that we are facing is that some time that group by in crystal reports is not workin in the client system. If i check it with any other system it is working fine but only for one system this problem is happening.
But same application when i check in my development system there is no problem?Is ther any solution?

Solution 1

If its just one system, try installing Crystal reports on that machine again.
