how to get system information from client user to server

I have to create web application where i want to save client system information to the server ,

like when i login from client machine it should collect all system information
OS,ram,hard disk,processor,antivirus etc

how can i do this process

This seems like a retorical question to me.
You should do, exactly as you ask in your question.

* on logon, gather all the information from the client.
* upload it to the database

It not that hard really. If you have a particular question, then most people here will be happy to anwser it. Please don't ask the community to write your applications for you.
