MS ReportViewer Tool bar doubling/misaligned

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to remedy this double/mis-aligned toolbar in my reportviewer output?

Solution 1

Adding a CssClass to the rsweb:ReportViewer control fixed it, I had CSS that was being applied to all tables, and since the toolbar is rendered as a table it was applying the CSS accordingly.
