prevent crawling for mobile version

I have two seprated profile for domain.com and m.domain.com (mobile version web site) in analytics.

and we using redirection in domain.com for mobile devices to redirect mobile users to m.mobile.com.

so regarding to this strategy we prevent all search engine bot and crawlers( with robot.txt and meta robots )to come over m.domain.com now the question is :

1- is it affect to indexing the main domain , domain.com specially in google

2-how can I check the indexing status for our seprated domains in google

Gives an overview of all you need.

Aparently you can tell Google not to crawl the mobile version, just the normal version. Should not prevent the main domain from working right.
