How can I get a Certificate for my outlook addin

Hi friends,

I am trying to install my outlook addin from internet.
But it shows error that "Publisher is not verified"
How can I get rid of this? How can I obtain a certification for my addin ?
Can anyone please tell me the signing process of Outlook Addin ?
Does it cost money?

Its not addin certificate, you need to software publishing certificate.
