Installshield 2013 professional error

on some english Windows 7 our Installation Setup (InstallShield 2013 professional Installscript) generates the following error:

InstallScript Setup Launcher Unicode has stopped working

Who knows something about this error?
Why does this error occur?

Try downloading the install package again from the Install Shield website,...
