I WANT ULR TO SEND QUICK SMS THROUGH MY VB APP . I LIVE IN INDIA AND I WANT TO USE WAY2SMS FOR THIS PURPOSE . and I want contents of textbox to be sent in sms .

Why didn't you try google before asking here? You have to use their webservice, that's it.
