Silverlight Databinding from Collection to radcombobox with checkbox

I am new to silverlight and databinding in silverlight, kindly help how to approach it,
my requirement is, i have a collection of 10 fields, i have to get the distinct of onefield and bind it to a radcombobox with checkbox with multiselect, similarly i have to do for all other fields, once the data is in radcombobox users will select their option based on that i have to filter the data from the collection and display it to grid.how to do this scenario
