Failed to Create component 'GridEx'

I have add this compenent Janus.Windows.GridEX.v3.dll and it is control is also showing in toolbox but the problem is as i try to drag and drop any Control of it on Form it show me a big message box with long error
"Failed to Create component 'GridEx'. The Error message follows: 'System.UnAuthorizeAccessExceptption...blah blah..."
i am using VS2012 and frame work 4.5. is this compatiblity issue?? please solve it
