Url rewriting like subdomain in Asp.net using c#

I want url routing like as sub domain.

For example my website is example.com so that now i wants to url rewriting like

username.example.com

I find out so many solution and tried one of them. But my website hosted on windows shared server iis 7.5. url writing working fine but when showing url like above url after that hosting provider default page is open.

So that I cannot understand what I need to do for it and waht are requirement for solve this my problem.
