How to write query in Nhibernate

How to convert the following query to NHibernate session.Query()...??to return a list..

SQL

SELECT * FROM Table2  Where CodeID IN(SELECT CodeID FROM Table1 WHERE CompanyCode = '001') ORDER BY  SubCodeId ASC

Any help??
