Any tool is available for transferring TFS (version 2010) from one machine to another?

You mean from one server to another? Did you look at the TFS power tools? I think there was import and export but don't recall.

I am trying to clarify what you mean? From one TFS server to a different TFS sever? Just saying machine may mean you want to move it from one developer's machine to another when in fact it is not on their machine but really on the TFS server. Just need to be clear. Look at the TFS power tools then.

Yes i want to move my TFS from one server to another server. the servers are in same domain

I would look at the Power Tools for TFS.
