Parallel Execution with TestNG

Hi There,

I am doing my automation testing for one of my product. Now I am facing a new challenge that is run the script with parallel execution. I do not know how I can do this. Is I need to do some experiment with TestNG XML file?

Can any one help me how I do this. If I want to run my script for 250 user so what I need to follow.
Below is my Test Environment:

OS: WIN XP, 7
Browser: IE 8,9, FF, Chrome, Safari.
Test Tool: Web Driver, TestNG

Any help or suggestion on this is appreciate.
