How to Extract PDF Package

Hello everyone,

I have program that converts PDF to TIFF files. My program works fine in normal pdf, my problem is I cant convert it package pdf. My idea is extract the package pdf to multiple pdf then convert the pdfs to tiff and merge it. Can someone give me an idea how to extract package pdf, I can extract it manually using Adobe Reader 10.
