I have a requirement that whenever the printer gets a job (whenever someone prints something), a service or a script must run in the background which should log (or may be take a screenshot of what is getting printed) the information in a specified path so that the admin can later on go and verify for miscellaneous stuffs, on a regular basis.

I can do this with a windows application/service but I'm just curious to know if it is possible to do this in a light-weight scripts which wouldn't affect my system's performance.

More info needed - Is it possible to attach a script to the spooler process or the service which would accomplish my requirement ??
