how to check whether the user is authorized using client context in C# (Share point)

I have a windows application to update sharepoint list, am using clientcontext property to connect share point site and its working.
But i dont know how to check whether the user is authorized ,
In my home page of my application i have authentication window (form authentication), there i want to check whether the user belongs to that sharepoint site or not.
Any idea about this
Plz help
