Answer to what? Be sure I have two or three different solutions for this task. But be sure also that I won't waste my time to code them just because you want something. We in this community we do help people in resolving technical problems, and we don't do their job. What you posted here is no technical problem description, but neither a task specification. Just a couple of words that can mean something but something else too.

We won't do your homework for a reason. If it is important in your learning curve, than you should learn. Search, read, investigate, struggle a little bit. If we make your homework, how will you earn your graduation? Will you ask us to do your job related tasks too?

By the way this question is faaaar to unelaborated to be answered properly... web is not really a platform for drawing, but there are several things you can do to solve such a task. But it really depends on what has been told to you to use or not use.
