Cannot Access the File in the network shared drive folder

Guys,

I have a network shared drive where I have stored some word files. When i tried opening the file it was opening without any issues. But when my collegue try to open the same file at the same time, it is throwing file could not be found error message. The file is the word file.

Given permission to the user in the network shared drive.

Do you have any idea on settings need to be made in word/Network. Please help me in getting rid of this issue.

This is a total off-topic. The issue it at the regular system user, have nothing to do with software development, computer science or programming.

Opne Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder. Is the file visible? Do that with the credentials of the user who experiences the failure!
