Without seeing your code, here is the answer:

"the microsoft database engine cannot find the input table or query 'USERID Insert'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."

Please improve your question with your code if you want more help than that.

The error message is pretty explicit: "the microsoft database engine cannot find the input table or query 'USERID Insert'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."

So: check your database, and make sure that the stored procedure exists, and is called "USERID_Insert"

I have no access to your database, and can't check if you added the stored procedure correctly or not!

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.
DON'T USE ACCESS 2007 VER USE 2003 ACCESS 2003 GIVE SUPPORT TO ALL MY COMMAND WITHOUT FAIL.I CAN INSERT DELETE AND UPDATE ALSO HAVE GOOD DAY FRIENDS.
