input method generator

I searched online for imegen and came up with no results. I also searched for imggen and came up with one relating to virtual disks. Can you please be more specific or provide links?

"Input method" in Windows is the replacement of regular system-wide input based on keyboard layout with more complex software which allows to enter much more characters then the number of key combination on a keyboard. Actual for some languages, Japanese, for example.
Not a simple work, by the way.
