How can i make a .exe installation file

I have made a working installer with clickonce and zipped it so that it can be sent via email but I cant get iexpress to make a .exe installer file for the same program. I want my installer to be one file instead of 3 in a .zip file. How can i make a Single file installer in .exe?
BTW i have lots of application files than must be included in the package in order to install the application
