Easy way to create html sitemap?

Hello,

We have got a sitemap.xml for google with url, changefreq tags. But there isn't any html site map like http://www.apple.com/uk/sitemap/[^]

So what's the best way to create one in easiest possible way. I can transform sitemap.xml using xslt in a readable form but then it's just a list of urls but not a proper structure.

Do we have to do it manually or are there any tools to help with that?
