How to get location in google map using url RSS

Suppose i have this url from google maps,

https://maps.google.co.in/?ll=23.250958,72.498811&spn=0.006585,0.013078&t=m&z=17

i want location from this url in webform,

means like this we get location from latitude and longtitude same like want location from this type of url

How is it done.?

i know this is simple with lat&long but how is it possible with url,is it possible with iframe.?
