Here are same question that i followed but having no solution .

visual studio 2012 new windows store app on windows 8 firewall error

Windows firewall can't change some of your settings Error code 0x8007042c.
While following this solution steps .Typed Services in search using windows 8 i clicked on settings then "view local service "appeared.In "view local service " i didn't found any among them

windows firewall Started Automatic\Manual.

base filtering engine Started Automatic\Manual.

windows firewall autorization driver Started Automatic\Manual.

How i can solve this problem ?
