It is quite clear. The Page which you are accessing is not present inside the Project folder which is hosted.

So, in IIS manager, look at the Default Document Property and see which one is at the top.
That one will always load by default if you access your site. In case that file is missing in your Project directory, it will show this error.

If you want to show any other file as default, then add another document and move it to top.

Thanks to reply..! i removed all same type of project hosted in iis manager and rehosted the project and now it works fine.
