I have developed a little project on WinForm using C# and sqlserver. Now i want to make project report of it in which i need to include
theses thing

1. requirement specification
2. Database Design
3. Detail Requirment (use cases, input/output, external interfaces, filed used inquery)
4. Gantchart
5. Resources (role)
6. Test cases


Where i can find Guid about this outline? What i need to study accurately for the above guid line, I mean how to make the project report? what are the tools how to take start???

The project report sounds like a much bigger job than the project itself. :-)
Besides it looks like a fake, anyway, because many (if not the most) jobs listed should be done before and during the project, not after.
And, for a small project, much of these ceremonial things (which could be quite reasonable in other cases) make no sense.

It all tells me that this is probably the school assignment. But if this is so, why the school does not provide appropriate instructive material and requirements for the project reports?

acutually you are right this is the school task. Respected teacher just told us the outline that i written above and give some data which is alot and unorder. thats why i ask this question

You are reverse engineering. Not right. These are SDLC processes and documentation that should have been followed and done before the actual development work, especially 1,2, and 3. If you have done the project yourself, then should have no problem producing the report (especially if you have documented it progressively), though the approach is wrong.
