"Namespace prefix SOAP-ENV not defined"

Even after providing the credentials while invoking web service through c# code i'm getting this Errror "Namespace prefix SOAP-ENV not defined...But i specify wrong credentials i can see response from the service which contions Authentication failed
I tried all possibilities but still have same issue..The same service is working through other tester tool
