Why the connection between SQL 2005 and MYSQL.
What the connection to Vista - it does working on other OS?
What you can't access?
Do you have an error at any point?

Solution 1

You can't. SQL Server cannot access a web page. If your connection string is right and SS is installed, then your web page should be able to access SQL Server. If it can't, you need to show us your code and the errors you're getting, if you want help.
