How to send bulk email to receiver inbox folder using code (SMTP, Webmail)

For website user i want to send bulk email on daily bases from SQL server database using C#.NET,ASP.Net.
i have webmail server to send email
but using webmail if i will create code to send mail by reading email id
from database, mail will revive in spam folder to receiver mailbox.

i want to send mail to all user inbox folder.
i don't want to use any paid service for bulk email.

Please suggest best possible solution for it.
