how to create pipe in virtual OS(windows 7)

i have created Device driver for windows 7.
now i want to set up target machine for kernal debugger.
main problem is that I have installed windows 7 on VMVirtualbox.when i tried to create pipe in windows it will be create in linux(host OS).
HOW TO CREATE PIPE IN WINDOWS UNDER COM0 OR 1?
