read,write word file in browser using openXml

I have to create a web application in asp.net to read, write word,excel files in browser using openXml, I have Google very much but there is not any way to do it. If anybody know about this Please Help me asap.

I used openXml to convert word file into HTML but images are not showing in HTML file. What I do . Please suggest me.
