Visual studio 2013: Problem opening an mvc project.

VS2012

I get following error message when i open an MVC project.

"Unable to access the IIS metabase.You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS websites on your machine."

While the same project opens in another machine.

Steps taken by me to solve the problem
•Installed IIS
•Given permisssion to "inetpub" folder
•Uninstalled IIS and installed IIS Express
•Opened Visual Studio as administrator

All the above steps failed.

What shall i do to solve this problem?
