How to open default.aspx page on a browser from shortcut icon of desktop.

I have created a setup file of a web application and when i install this it created a shortcut icon on my desktop but when i click on that it opens a .dll file to download,my requirement is to open the default.aspx page on a browser.

please help me anyone.
