XACML response based on the role of the application user

I am using XACML 3.0 for authorization, going forward with it I want to receive XACML response in the way my application can understand, based on the role of the application user.

Ex 1: If the application user is a normal user, my application demands the XACML response which has information FirstName: read

Ex 2: If the application user is an Admin, my application demands the XACML response which has information FirstName: read write delete update

With existing XACML 3.0 how can I handle it?
