3-Fingers Gesture in WPF - Example Project

Hello,

I would like to do the following:

Let's say I'd like to switch into a mode like in iOS 7 I do by double-clicking the home-button where I can swipe between open apps, on windows 8 mobile I do it by holding the 'back' arrow for a while respectively.

On a normal touch display I'd like to create this effect with a 3-fingers top to bottom gesture.

So in the first step I would need something like a horizontal listBox that is blocked in the beginning and when I do this gesture I scale the listBoxItems within and unlock the scroll behavior.

Require
Image (or any element) zoom out on 3 fingers(only) swipe down
Image zoom in on 3 fingers swipe up

Maybe someone knows if something similar has been developed yet.
