Hello

Now I have a problem when I click on sql server configuration management it shows as

CSS

"MMC could not create the snap-in".

MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.

Name: Server Manger

CSLID: FX:{18ea3f92-d6aa-41d9-a205-2023400c8fbb}

can some one help me to solve this problem

If you get an error you do not understand, then the first thing to do is throw it to Google:
MMC could not create the snap-in[^]
A quick glance shows a number of people with similar problems, at leats one of which has teh same CSLID: MSDN[^]

Have a look at those, and either it will solve your problem, or you will have actual information to add to your question.

In future, please try to do at least basic research before posting, and save your time and ours...
