how to send push notification for running one of my windows phone 8 applications.

Hi All, I have try to implement to send push notification of my windows phone running application.Currently i have develop windows phone 8 app version 1.0 .If i have develope version 1.1 and store app on server then server send push notification of all device at the time of running app it include one message (version 1.1 is release)and provide "link" to download ,I have seen lots of resources but does not found to related articles.If anyone done then please provide simple code for above..Thanks.
